Everyone who is “in the run” has come to the point asking himself: How to run faster and longer?
If you have read my story, you already know that I have been into running and fitness almost all my life. I have been struggling with speed and length all my life.
I have been jogging, running and sprinting as part of my physical exercises.
As my job got intense, my time for exercising was decreased. My running speed and the mileage decreased, too. And so, my fitness declined with lacking support.
And then, a turn over happened. I decided I did not want to neglect my fitness. So, I started exercising and preparing for my first Ultramarathon.
In order to prepare for the Ultramarathon, I had to apply all my previous knowledge on how to run faster and longer.
