Duration of the fitness programs

Working time for each fitness session
P90X: 75 minutes. That means taking your work out seriously.

P90X: Minimum required equipment for P90X are resistance bands. You will need additional equipment such as a yoga mat, pull-up bar and dumbbells, but it’s possible to do it without any of these as long as you have enough space to do press-ups.

Insanity: Well-balanced diet plan that is an easy to-follow diet where you eat 40% carbs, 40% protein, and 20% fat. The Nutritional plan is designed to help fuel your body in order for it to endure the various intense workouts it will encounter along the way.
Which is better P90X or insanity?
This decision depends on you and the goal you want to fulfill. Simple truth is that better exercise is one that better suits your lifestyle.
If you want to build muscle, choose P90X. This exercise program is ideal for muscle building and definition.
