As the world evolves, and the technology moving forward, everything is happening online.
As a Team Beachbody Coach, I can give you my support online and we can communicate online for every advice you may need, considering Beachbody products or Team Beachbody Coaching.
However, as a person born, raised and educated in no-Internet era (sounds like Dinosaur time :)), I feel that the off-line, in-person support and advice you can get form me, can be more valuable.
That is why my first advice for all of you Team Beachbody coaches:
Organize events. For your customers or coaches and for potential customers who you will educate on leaving healthier.
- Organize motivational sessions
- Organize group training workouts
- Organize healthy recipes exchange and advice
Whatever you choose you will see that the in-person communication can bring you more customers and followers.
When my wife and I entered Team Beachbody, I tried using the online tools Beachbody provides and every other online tool outside Beachbody.
Not that they don’t help, but I felt like something was missing.
Starting the weekly group training workouts
That was when we decided to start holding weekly group training workouts in Cincinnati to bring in existing coaches and customers and to find new ones.
We hosted Super Saturdays in Cincinnati. We set up booths at health fairs and festivals to get the word out that Beachbody’s products really do work, and if you use them consistently, they will change your life for the better.
Those group training workouts became our routine and we haven’t stopped organizing meetups since.
Every Tuesday we have group Beachbody workout and we choose a program depending on the interest and the people who join the group.
I Can ~ I Will Motivational Session
As religious people, we have decided to start series “I Can, I Will” by Joel Osteen, an 8 week study for self-development, utilizing God’s plan for us to Grow.
It is a session that starts at 7 PM and it is followed by a group Beachbody workout.
Dream Big and Changing your Habits to the Positive is the theme of this class and workout.
