Looking forward to more weekends without thinking about work! Stress Free, and going to enjoy! Going swimming, biking, running, working out with weights, and taking care of things at my house. Have not had this in years, and of course enjoying Beachbody business.
Early retirement to work Beachbody Body as an independent Coach today, feels great!
Looking forward to getting back into Beachbody full force again, and involved with helping others get fit physically and financially, while utilizing the energies to help me stay focused.
Eureka Sports Festival
I officially signed up for USA Triathlon to train and compete in age group events that are official.
So, next triathlon event I enrolled is the the Eureka Sports Festival triathlon race in August, Eureka Springs Arkansas.
I started utilizing the P90X for overall strength, as I ease into dropping the pounds, and building endurance along with all other core workouts run, swim, bike, so on. My first training is every other day, longer, then shorter distance, just focused on time vs., speed.
Sunday – Long day: 2 hours of walk / run, bike 45 minutes, 400 ab exercises, and day 1 P90X lean. All easy to moderate pace.
Monday – Day 2 – short: 1 hour of biking fast pace, with 3 miles of run / walk, day 2 P90X lean.
Heading to Lifetime Fitness
I start the day right with Shakeology and Beachbody performance nutritional supplements.
Finally have time to train, and get ready, so I’m heading to Lifetime Fitness to start training for the half Eurekan – swim, bike, and run. Really looking forward to this one.
At the gym, I’m working my Corporate Body away into the far past distance, goodbye!
Hope to see the Corporate Body gone for good in a few months. Feels good not to have the stress.
Long Day Training
The first long day training for the August triathlon I did 4 hrs total workouts.
Beachbody workout, P90X Chest and back, with biking 1.5 hours, and 30 minute swim. I have to find this beach body, I know it is in there, but only comes with hard work! Felt good without having pressures of a job.
Beachbody business is a lifestyle not a job.
Weekly weight check
Weekly weight check, first 7 days – minus 10 pounds. Slowly saying goodbye tummy and hello abs. Shakeology and recovery protein drink tonight to curve cravings and PM munches, which I always have trouble with.
