Looking at my wife and her efforts with Beachbody, I desperately wanted to do the same.
She was a school teacher for over 30 years and then she started out being a Beachbody coach. And then her life changed. She managed to quit her job as a teacher and earn money living healthier and promoting that lifestyle to help others live healthier, too.
With my background in running, exercising and sports coaching I was about sure that I want and can do the same.
My last Certification, from the International Sports Sciences Association, 2011 in:
- Fitness Nutrition
- Personal Trainer
- Fitness/Exercise Therapist
gave me the motivation and the confidence that I can effectively help others.
I enjoyed a great time in the Florida Keys with my wife Darlene, my Mom and Dad, nephew Michael Bulach, and my two dogs Princie and Coachie. The trip went to plan, great time, enjoying the Keys in May, swimming, hitting the local places, a bit of relaxing but just too much to do, and a planned Ultramarathon run.
Tough training start
Jumping back in time, my training for the run was less than stellar. Had to deal with an issue with my work, where I spent long hours covering two of the facilities I am over … due to changing out the managers. Good thing is, this is a starting point to get back into good shape, and motivated to keep moving forward.

Do you like running?
I personally love running. I run regularly with my husband.
I’m doing this because I have my husband’s full support. He has mine, too. That is why we can do this together.
We started small, but now: Guess what?
We are going to run the Florida Keys Ultramarathon.
Our very first Ultramarathon!
I had never really been in to exercise classes. I just used to walk and jog in order to stay in shape.
But, when I became Beachbody coach I and started their fitness programs I toned up and I managed to increase mileage and start running, not just jogging.
If you have problems organizing yourself and be disciplined in your body Transformation, or you have fitness goal to fulfill but need organization and support you don’have to worry as a Team Beachbody member.
I am much into running. I combined running, walking and Beachbody Fitness programs (P90X and Insanity) in order to get ready for my latest marathon.
With the help of good organization and support I managed to finish the preparations for my latest marathon: the Florida Keys Ultra Marathon.
