After an early Beachbody workout I remembered an Early Beachbody Game Plan Training I wanted to share.
I took good notes early on with Beachbody training, as I was unemployed from the DHL shut down and my wife was working as primary income.
There were some great mentors, and extremely successful people teaching us. One of the items that I wrote down and followed in business, life, and now getting back into Beachbody is: Minimize what you can.
I am finding I have work here.
The exercise: 1st step
The exercise we went through
- Write down a normal day of to-do list, including all busy stuff on one side of a folded paper.
- Then on the other side, write down what can be eliminated. Same with the clutter that takes up time, things not needed, get rid of.
WOW, what did we just find, TIME.
Now what can we do with this time, they asked? [Read more…] about Early Beachbody Game Plan Training: Minimize what you can
I teamed up with a Success Partner to push me and we co-hosted a Super Saturday event in Cincinnati Ohio: Cincy Fusion.
It was packed with
- exciting new fitness and nutrition launch announcements,
- inspiring Coach stories and
- useful training tips.
I have been on the Corporate road, many days with high stress, and lacking energy due to calls all night from the 24/7 facilities. My choices of food and drink were just plan poor to be honest. I would have good days and bad days, but overall, if you rated great eating plan as 10 and poor as 1, I would be a 2 or 3.
There are some basic choices that I have decided to make, along with following the Beachbody plan for healthy eating. I started this on March 21st, 2017, with very high blood pressure, and official retirement from my job to work just the Beachbody business. I decided it wasn’t worth my health and fitness, to sacrifice for a job that had constant stress. I know many of you feel the same.
I took charge of my own future, by becoming a Beachbody Coach, worked the business, and sustain a good income flow. This is while I await official financial retirement later on. Alright, I took a first step, and it has been exciting the early days of change for the positive.
Well, first off I understood diet was more important than fitness. I plugged into Beachbody on Demand, which allows you to access all of the Beachbody fitness programs, current, past, and new, along with cooking plans. Took many notes, and have been 99.5 percent on plan, I have cheated a few times, but got back on pace.
10 basic changes I made early on:
Looking forward to more weekends without thinking about work! Stress Free, and going to enjoy! Going swimming, biking, running, working out with weights, and taking care of things at my house. Have not had this in years, and of course enjoying Beachbody business.
Early retirement to work Beachbody Body as an independent Coach today, feels great!
Looking forward to getting back into Beachbody full force again, and involved with helping others get fit physically and financially, while utilizing the energies to help me stay focused.
Eureka Sports Festival
I officially signed up for USA Triathlon to train and compete in age group events that are official.
So, next triathlon event I enrolled is the the Eureka Sports Festival triathlon race in August, Eureka Springs Arkansas.
I started utilizing the P90X for overall strength, as I ease into dropping the pounds, and building endurance along with all other core workouts run, swim, bike, so on. My first training is every other day, longer, then shorter distance, just focused on time vs., speed. [Read more…] about Eureka Springs Arkansas: Triathlon race in August
